About Circus Play Project – Thai Myanmar border
Circus Play workshops bring new skills and fun to children and young people living around Mae Sot, Thailand, through a series of regular workshops teaching games, circus skills and play over the dry season November 2022-February 2023.
Circus Play volunteers will be working with the Thai community and displaced people from Myanmar to build friendship and unity across ethnic, religious and class boundaries.
Workshop techniques have been tested and developed over several years of circus activities with children living in marginalised circumstances in and around Yangon, Myanmar.
Playing together helps us live together. Our motto is “Everyone needs to have fun”
